Welcome to HeyPapin. By accessing or using our website, applications, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

What HeyPapin provides

HeyPapin is an interactive AI whiteboard tutor that explains concepts visually while speaking aloud and can be interrupted mid-drawing. It provides whiteboard sessions, PDF and video-link reading, and cloud board storage.

HeyPapin is free, and there is no paid plan. We do not ask for a card, we do not charge anything, and no part of the service is behind a payment today. If that changes, it will be announced here and on the site before it takes effect — never applied to an account that signed up under these terms without notice.

Accounts and fair use

You may use the demo whiteboard without an account. Starting a live session and saving boards require signing in, either with Google or with a one-time link sent to your email address. There are no passwords.

Each account gets a weekly allowance that refills every Monday. It is measured by what a session costs us to run rather than by a count of questions, because a short question and a full drawn lesson are not the same amount of work. The remaining amount is shown to you while you work and on your dashboard, so running out is never a surprise. The allowance exists to stop automated abuse from draining a free service; you agree not to script, automate, or scrape around it.

Educational content and AI output

HeyPapin generates visual explanations using artificial intelligence. While we aim for high pedagogical accuracy, AI explanations may occasionally contain inaccuracies. HeyPapin is a study and brainstorming tool, not a substitute for formal certified instruction.

Your content and ownership

You retain full ownership of all notes, drawings, uploaded documents, and annotations you create on HeyPapin. We do not sell your data and we do not use your boards or questions to train AI models.

What we store, what leaves the service, and how long any of it is kept are set out in full on the privacy page. That page is part of these terms, and it describes the product as it actually works rather than what it might do later.

Age

HeyPapin is built for learners, and some of them are young. We do not knowingly create accounts for children under 13. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we will remove the account.

Availability

HeyPapin is provided as it is, without a warranty or an uptime guarantee. It depends on services we do not run — the AI model, the voice provider, the database host — and any of them can be slow or unavailable. A saved board is not a backup: keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Termination and deletion

You can delete any saved board from your dashboard at any time, or request full account deletion by contacting us at hello.papinai@gmail.com.

Changes to these terms

If we make significant changes to these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
